Our Story
Born in Pittsburgh.
Shiloh Plate & Pour didn't land in Mt. Washington by accident. This neighborhood has always had a soul — the kind built from steep streets, steel-town roots, and the best skyline view in the 412. We set up shop here because we belong here.
We're an upscale neighborhood bar, which means we take the food seriously without taking ourselves too seriously. Our kitchen turns out half-pound burgers, scratch-made dips, and pierogies done in ways you won't find anywhere else in town. The bar is stocked for every mood, and the room is built for the kind of night that starts at happy hour and ends whenever you're ready.
Everything on the menu is a nod to where we are. The 412 burger. The Yinzer sandwich. Wings on Wednesday. Half price burgers every Monday, because Mondays in Pittsburgh deserve a win. We make our salsa in-house, our mac and cheese from scratch, and our desserts the same way — because when you live in a city that takes pride in everything it does, you don't cut corners.
Come in hungry. Stay for the atmosphere. Come back because it felt like home.
What Drives Us
The Shiloh Standard
Made from Scratch
House-made salsa, signature mac and cheese, hand-breaded everything. If we can make it ourselves, we do.
Pittsburgh First
Pierogies aren't a side dish here — they're a lifestyle. Every menu item is a reflection of the city we call home.
The Right Vibe
Upscale enough for a special night, relaxed enough for a Tuesday. The kind of place you can always count on.
